Minimum Qualifications for Company Drivers and Owner Operators:
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have at least 2 years of experience operating tractor / trailer equipment and at least 6 months of Intermodal experience
- Has no preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to motor vehicle within three years
- Has no moving violations in the past 12 months and has no more than 2 moving violations in the past 36 months
- Has no convictions for driving while intoxicated or the influence of drugs violation in the past 5 years
- Has no conviction for a “serious or disqualifying traffic violation” within the 3 years, such as: excessive speeding, reckless driving, improper or erratic lane changes, following too close, hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, texting while driving, or using a hand-held mobile device while driving
- Has a valid Commercial Driver License with proper endorsements in the state of residence and has no current license suspension or revocation. A work permit is not acceptable.
- Meets all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration qualifications (which include, but are not limited to FMCSR Part 391)
